NAML Academy is a small, mission-driven school where the work is real and the impact is direct. Teaching here means knowing your students by name, working in a close-knit team, and seeing the results of your effort in the same classroom every day.

The school is grounded in Islamic values, which shapes not just what is taught but how the building is run. Staff are expected to model the character the school asks of its students: integrity, care, and a genuine commitment to learning.

Class sizes are intentionally small. That means more individualized attention for students, and more opportunity for teachers to teach the way they believe is right, within the Montessori framework NAML uses across all grade levels.
