Student Withdrawal

We are sad to see any family go. Here is how the withdrawal process works and what to expect at each step.

How withdrawal works

  1. Submit the official form

The withdrawal form below is the only accepted way to notify the school of a withdrawal. Please submit one form for each student. Phone calls, texts, or verbal notice do not start the process.

  2. Give 30 days of notice

A 30-day notice is required for all withdrawals, during the school year and over the summer. If notice is not given through the form, the family is responsible for the next tuition installment. Any outstanding balance must be settled to remain in good standing.

  3. Return school materials

Textbooks and any other school materials should be returned to your child's teacher before the last day of attendance.

  4. Records release

Student records are released to parents, guardians, or the next school once the withdrawal process is complete and the account is fully settled.

  5. Not attending is not withdrawing

A student who stops coming to class has not been withdrawn. Tuition and fees continue as normal until the withdrawal form is submitted, and no adjustments are made for missed days.

  6. Refunds

No refunds are issued for tuition or fees for the month in which the withdrawal form is submitted.

We value every family. If something is not working for you, please tell us before you go. You can reach the office any time, and we listen.

Withdrawal form

Submit one form per student. The requested last day should be at least 30 days out, and the office verifies every withdrawal with the family before processing. You will get a confirmation email right away and a follow-up within two business days.
