About this program
NAML Academy is launching a Special Education program for the 2026 to 2027 school year to serve students who benefit from individualized instruction. This is not a side program: it is built on the same foundations of high expectations, Islamic values, and genuine care for each child that runs through every NAML program.
The program is designed for students across all grade levels whose learning profiles call for a different approach. Enrollment is based on identified need and available staffing, ensuring we maintain the quality and attention that every student deserves.
Launching 2026 to 2027
This program is new for the upcoming school year. Families interested in enrolling should contact NAML Academy early to discuss their child's needs and available placement. Early inquiries help us ensure the right staffing and support are in place before the first day of school.

How we support each student
Every student in the Special Education program has an individualized learning plan tailored to their strengths and needs. Small group instruction with differentiated teaching strategies keeps the ratio low and the attention high. Families are close partners throughout the year, with ongoing progress monitoring and regular reporting so that no one is surprised at a quarterly review.
Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, dyslexia, and processing disorders are among those who may be well served by this program. NAML also maintains a donation fund specifically for Special Education students, allowing community members to support this program directly.
The whole child
Our Special Education program is not only about academic support. Rooted in Islamic values, we aim to cultivate the full human being in every student we serve. That means building confidence and independence as a learner, fostering a strong sense of belonging within the NAML community, and holding a deep respect for each student's unique pace and journey. An Islamic framework affirms every child as a gift from Allah, and that conviction shapes how our teachers show up every day.
