Our Leadership

The educators and administrators guiding NAML Academy's vision every day.

Roles and responsibilities

NAML Academy operates with a small, focused leadership team. Each role carries clear ownership so that parents, students, and staff always know who to go to.

How leadership runs the school

NAML Academy's leadership team is built around the idea that decision-making should start in the classroom. Policies are developed with teachers, not handed down to them. When a concern arises, it is addressed at the closest level first: the teacher, then the principal, and only escalated further when necessary.

Leadership is accessible. Parents are encouraged to call during school hours rather than wait for the end-of-term conference. The front desk is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and can connect you with the right person within the same call. For written inquiries, the team aims to reply within two business days.

Faith grounds how the school is run, not just what is taught. Decisions about curriculum, conduct, and community are made with the same Islamic values the school asks of its students.
